Client Testimonials
"Hey folks,
I've been using Bowswim every morning for about 2 weeks now, and it's exactly what I was hoping for. I'm rehabbing from a nasty hamstring injury, so the cross-training opportunity is so very welcomed. I am very grateful for the product, and know I'll be able to enjoy it for a long time to come!"

"I have been practicing chiropractic for 25 years, and I am always looking to improve and build on new methods to benefit my patients. Recently I have came across a remarkable device called Bowswim, and it has become a part of my home-prescribed rehabilitation program.
Swimming has always been highly rated as one of the most beneficial therapies for rehab. When I strapped on the Bowswim and gave it a whirl, I immediately felt the benefit for low back pain sufferers. Bowswim offers axial rotatory decompression, meaning that as you swim away from the mounted pole, you elongate and slightly rotate your spine back and forth while gently reducing the pressure within the spinal discs. As the vertebrae are separated, pressure is reduced within the disc (intradiscal pressure) until a vacuum is formed. The vacuum "sucks" the gelatinous center of the disc back inside thereby reducing the disc bulge or herniation.
The benefit doesn't stop there. While elongating the spine, you are building and facilitating your core muscles at the same time. Strengthening, facilitating and decompressing simultaneously allows motor learning in the brain to activate the smaller stabilizing and core muscles that are weak in almost every low back pain patient.
I have expensive equipment in my office that doesn't accomplish what Bowswim can do for the low back!"
